• You can return your fragrance within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be undamaged and the perfume unused.
• Please ensure the fragrance is returned in its original packaging.

 

Exchange Policy:

• You can exchange your fragrance within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The bottle must be undamaged and the perfume unused.
• You can choose to exchange for another scent of equal or lesser value.

 

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned fragrance, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
