Returns Policy:

You can return your fragrance within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be undamaged and the perfume unused. Please ensure the fragrance is returned in its original packaging

Exchange Policy:

You can exchange your fragrance within 14 days of receiving your order. The bottle must be undamaged and the perfume unused. You can choose to exchange for another scent of equal or lesser value.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned fragrance, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
